Hi, I'm Jacqui Washington. I've been a licensed Realtor® in Texas since 1999, helping people Sell real estate in the shortest amount of time for the most amount of money. In markets with limited inventory or an abundance of inventory I will help position you to be the Buyer, Sellers want to work with and the Seller, Buyers can't resist. Sellers often as ask me, 'when is a good to sell?' My answer has remained the same. When you are ready. My clients know, they can blindly trust me to always tell them the truth and promote their best interest which includes marketing for whatever the current conditions may be. Less stress, always moving forward and seeking solutions to provide a seamless transaction is how I move. I love God, soaking up the Texas sun, good talks, good food, good wine with family and good friends, binge watching Netflix and always accepting challenges as opportunities for growth.

Often the Builder will offer incentives when you use their Lender and their Title Company. Instantly you are out numbered! Who represents you? I will always suggest you hire your own Third Party Inspector. The new build regardless of the price of the house is only as good as the human people who built it. Humans make mistakes. Mistakes cost time and money to fix. A Third Party Inspection is an extra layer of protection for your investment, your time and your money. Lastly, I have my own personal new home building experience. We built our home during the Pandemic. It's exactly what we wanted and we're loving it every single day.
